Keith Florance – COO/CTO

Keith has spent 5 years with Medtronic developing remote medical and patient management technology. He planned the multinational launch of a disruptive telemonitoring service, requiring country specific feature design, refinement and heavy coordination with key international partners. His operational experience in delivering new health paradigms on an international scope makes him an ideal candidate for overseeing the operations of TeleMed Africa.

His duties will include the direction and output of the prototypes as well as oversee the growth of the business. He will monitor the progress on the ground by implementing a communications network to coordinate and facilitate data collection, quality metrics, and partner relations. Mr. Florance holds an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
