TeleMed Bridges the Gap
Patient uses existing mobile payment system to send a $2 payment. TeleMed also receives the patient’s contact information & location.
TeleMed sends an SMS with the patient’s contact information to the closest available nurse in the TeleMed network.
Within 30 min of request and when it is convenient in their schedule the nurse will call the patient, listen to their symptoms and provide a verbal treatment plan / prescription.
The nurse will send an SMS to TeleMed with the diagnosis and treatment plan. TeleMed will manage follow up patients via SMS on service quality, treatment details and health status at 3 days & 1 week.
