Elizabeth Olmsted Teisberg, PhD

Dr. Teisberg has taught at the Darden School of Business and Harvard Business School in the areas of strategy and innovation. Her recent book Redefining Health Care, co-authored with Michael E. Porter, analyzes strategic changes for all participants in the health sector. Dr. Teisberg will help address innovation and strategic challenges that may arise with the model. Her experience and broad network in the international health sector, especially in the areas of value creation and quality measures, will help shape the vision, planning, and communication of TeleMed’s innovative health model.
